Must solve either for either theme (announce during hack)

Must present & demo work in slides during judging time and include up to a 2 min video

Must have video to submit to devpost during or sometime soon after hackathon has ended

Must respect groups opinions

Must be harrasment & bully free

May include a student, climate expert or dev (can be all one type but preferred mixed groups)

May incoporate XR technology or any other materials they prefer
